Greek-Style Albacore Salad

Make dressing combining juice from albacore, olive oil, lime juice, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, garlic, oregano and basil. Gently flake Catch of the Sea Alder-Smoked Premium Tuna into dressing mixture and gently toss. Serve on bed of fresh chopped lettuce and spinach. Garnish with tomatoe wedges, onions, olives, artichoke hearts and cucumber slices. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
